PINEHURST, NC – September 28, 2007 – Golfnet, the second largest provider of USGA Handicap Index® computation and golf tournament software and Golf Intelligence, the leading provider of Internet-based USGA Handicap Index® computation software and marketing services company announced today that they have merged to form 121 Golfnet. Together, the combined company provides software based solutions to eleven golf associations and 3,000 golf courses throughout the United States and Canada. Golf Intelligence’s National Golf Network will now be extended to a combined 985,000 handicap golfers.

The new company will be headquartered in Pinehurst, NC while maintaining offices in Minneapolis, MN and Milwaukee, WI. Steven Schwartz has been named CEO of the new organization while Peter Dennis takes on the role of President and COO. The management of both companies will otherwise remain the same.
