Starter is $399/month for 10,000 credits. That’s the usual next step off the 50-credit test tier. There is no cheaper public tier. We do not sell one-time credit packs on this site.

How teams stay cheap
Credits are per golfer, not per course. Cache a course one year per user. Another user of the same course is another 3 credits.
Credits stay available while the subscription is active. If you stop paying and suspend the service, you lose access to all remaining credits and the token suspends.
Test accounts cannot top up in the console. Email us when you want Starter.

Credits, cache, and what this API is
How far do 50 free credits go?
Course search is free. Full course detail (scorecard + GPS) is 3 credits. Green slope and elevation images are 1 credit each. Fifty credits go fast if you hydrate a lot of courses — that is why Starter is the usual next step at $399/month for 10,000 credits.
Can I cache a course so I do not pay again?
Yes. Cache a course (scorecard + GPS + green image files) up to one year for that user. Credits are per golfer, not per course. Another user of the same course is another 3 credits. Green maps expire daily if you re-fetch them.
Is GPS extra on top of the scorecard?
No. GPS alone is 2 credits. Full course detail is 3 credits and includes scorecard + GPS. You do not pay 1 + 2 if you use the flagship detail call.
How do 27- and 36-hole clubs work?
A course group is the facility. Multiple nines live as courses[] inside one publicId. Search once, then compose the specific 18 (or 27) the golfer is playing in your UI. We do not flatten it.
Do you have global lie elevation?
Do not assume that. US and UK are strongest. Send course names and we will check. Lie elevation is live on the geohash endpoint — it is not coming soon — but coverage is not a global promise.
Is this player rankings or a scoreboard?
No. This API is course / GPS / greens. It is not player rankings, not a scoreboard, and not a player-history feed.
Can we print yardage books or pin sheets?
No printed yardage books or pin sheets. Digital in-app use is fine. Data partners cannot resell the data outside their consumer app.
